Right to a refund
The right to return orders has all customers of ROCK FILIUS webshop. You have the right not to state the reasons for this within 14 days, counting from the date of purchase of the product.
It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation in time if you send or deliver the goods to us, or to the person authorized to receive the goods before the expiry of that deadline.

Refunds will be made in the same way you paid.
Money can be repaid only after the goods are returned to us.
